Unfortunately, we do not currently offer car parking on site. We will be happy to recommend you, car parks in the area however.

You can book a viewing by calling us at +30 231 0552910 or at 6981692500 from Monday to Friday, 9 am. – 5:30 p.m. (hours office)or by sending an email to 2b@studentflats.gr. It usually takes 15-30 minutes.

Hamlet buildings are designed especially for students and so we can only accommodate students or members of the University community.

We offer a variety of contract lengths. Semester, full year of shorter intervals. For short-term summer lets please contact the Accomodation Manager.
If you’d like to book a room for a few weeks, you can contact us to check the availability.
There are many perks included in the rent. Not only fully-furnished studio with private bathroom and kitchen but also utility costs such as water usage and high-speed broadband connection. Oh, and we also include storage space. #stay_in_budget
Electricity and natural gas usage, studio cleaning and laundry which is on a pay-per-use basis.
Our standard method of payment is by bank transfer, but we also accept credit/debit card.
Additional fees on bank/wire transfers will depend on your bank, so check with them beforehand.
Rent is paid annually in advance or in 3/6/12 installments.
Before you move in you will need to pay a holding deposit to secure your booking and a damage deposit depending on the studio you choose. You will be told how much your deposit is during the booking process.
At the end of your stay with us, there will be a check out inspection of your studio to ensure that it is in the same condition as it was at the arrival. Providing everything (bills included) is in order, you’ll get your deposit back within a 30 days from your moving out date.
We hope it doesn’t happen, but in the unfortunate scenario that it does, please talk to us as soon as possible.
Your studio comes fully furnished so that you don’t need to show up with everything you’ve ever owned.
The kitchen has everything you need for you to discover your chef-abilities: hob, sink, fridge and a microwave. However, you will need to provide your own kitchen crockery, pans, pots etc. Also, you will need to provide your own linen, duvet, pillows, towels.
Yes, as long as you are able to return it to its original state on check-out. Otherwise, you will be charged with damages.
You are responsible for keeping your own space clean. However, if you are not a fan of cleaning you can arrange with our cleaning service through Accommodation Manager, at an additional cost.
All studios have high-speed internet connections available. You will need an Ethernet cable to get online so please bring this with you. In case you will need to install wireless router in your studio, please contact Accommodation Manager to assist you.
Have you tried turning it off and on again? It sounds trivial, but restarting your device can be a big help when it comes to technological issues!
If all else fails, contact the Accommodation Manager.
If you’ve lost or forgotten your keys, don’t panic. Call the Accommodation Manager to let you back in and sort out a replacement. Please note that there will be a charge for any replacements issued.
On the mezzanine floor of the building there are communal washing machines and a dryer that works via an app. Washing costs €3 and drying €1. You will also find shared ironing facilities, ironing facilities and electric steam irons.
No, you can use the building’s laundry facilities.

All mail and packages will be delivered to the reception where the Accommodation Manager will sort and distribute them to you.
Yes, 15:00-17:30 and 22:00-07.30 especially during exam periods.
Ιt’s our responsibility to keep the communal areas tide and clean.
We love fluffy animals but we do not allow tenants to bring pets into the building.
All communal areas are non-smoking. Smoking in your studio is not recommended but it is allowed as long as you are careful.
Yes, as long as you are mindful of the other tenants and neighbors and clean up after, yourselves. Just keep in mind that firstly you have to inform and discuss it with the Accommodation Manager.
If you’re having visitors staying with you, the Accommodation Manager must be informed first. Friends or family can be accommodated for a short period of time (up to 4 days). Always keep in mind that they should follow the same house rules as everyone else, and any misbehavior on their part is your responsibility.
