Studio Plus type includes studios between 30 and 48 m2. As all the other studios, they are designed to suit the lifestyle of young people. Fully furnished, youthful, functional. Located from the second to the fifth floor of the building, each studio features a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom and A/C. Most of them also provide a balcony so you can enjoy the urban view.
