Hamlet buildings are designed especially for students and so we can only accommodate students or members of the University community.

We offer a variety of contract lengths. Semester, full year of shorter intervals. For short-term summer lets please contact the Accomodation Manager.
If you’d like to book a room for a few weeks, you can contact us to check the availability.
You can specify where you would like your studio to be, from those which are still available at the time of the booking.
There are many perks included in the rent. Not only fully-furnished studio with private bathroom and kitchen but also utility costs such as water usage and high-speed broadband connection. Oh, and we also include storage space. #stay_in_budget
Electricity and natural gas usage, studio cleaning and laundry which is on a pay-per-use basis.
Our standard method of payment is by bank transfer, but we also accept credit/debit card.
Additional fees on bank/wire transfers will depend on your bank, so check with them beforehand.
Rent is paid annually in advance or in 3/6/12 installments.
Before you move in you will need to pay a holding deposit to secure your booking and a damage deposit depending on the studio you choose. You will be told how much your deposit is during the booking process.
At the end of your stay with us, there will be a check out inspection of your studio to ensure that it is in the same condition as it was at the arrival. Providing everything (bills included) is in order, you’ll get your deposit back within a 30 days from your moving out date.
We hope it doesn’t happen, but in the unfortunate scenario that it does, please talk to us as soon as possible.
Moving in dates are usually in early September but they can vary. We’ll let you know the earliest date that you can move in, and you can arrive after scheduling an appointment with the Accommodation Manager.
Yes you can, but only if there is availability and you have a valid reason.
Please bring an official form of identification with you (for example, passport or ID).
The studios are furnished but you will need to bring with you kitchen utensils, bed linen and all your other worldly belongings. Music, books and ispiration are also considered essential.
When you arrive the Accommodation Manager will be there to show you around, answer all of your questions and give you two set of keys for your new home.
Your studio comes fully furnished so that you don’t need to show up with everything you’ve ever owned.
The kitchen has everything you need for you to discover your chef-abilities: hob, sink, fridge and a microwave. However, you will need to provide your own kitchen crockery, pans, pots etc. Also, you will need to provide your own linen, duvet, pillows, towels.
Yes, as long as you are able to return it to its original state on check-out. Otherwise, you will be charged with damages.
You are responsible for keeping your own space clean. However, if you are not a fan of cleaning you can arrange with our cleaning service through Accommodation Manager, at an additional cost.
All studios have high-speed internet connections available. You will need an Ethernet cable to get online so please bring this with you. In case you will need to install wireless router in your studio, please contact Accommodation Manager to assist you.
Have you tried turning it off and on again? It sounds trivial, but restarting your device can be a big help when it comes to technological issues!
If all else fails, contact the Accommodation Manager.
If you’ve lost or forgotten your keys, don’t panic. Call the Accommodation Manager to let you back in and sort out a replacement. Please note that there will be a charge for any replacements issued.
Should you have a problem with anything in your room, let us know. With one simple request, help is on the way.
If you want to report a maintenance issue, call the Accommodation Manager.
Accidents happen, but anything that is damaged will need to be paid for, and there is a list of costs here. You will be charged with the repair or replacement, assembling and transportation costs. In any event, please contact the Accommodation Manager to arrange accordingly.
No need to take your laundry home to mum-just do your laundry in our 24/7 common laundry rooms. A single wash will cost 3 € and a dry will cost 2 €.
No, you can use the building’s laundry facilities.
Unfortunately, there is no bike storage facility.
Yes, we have lockers on site where you can store your personal belongings if you don’t want to keep them in your room.
All mail and packages will be delivered to the reception where the Accommodation Manager will sort and distribute them to you.
Yes, 15:00-17:30 and 22:00-07.30 especially during exam periods.
Ιt’s our responsibility to keep the communal areas tide and clean.
We love fluffy animals but we do not allow tenants to bring pets into the building.
All communal areas are non-smoking. Smoking in your studio is not recommended but it is allowed as long as you are careful.
Yes, as long as you are mindful of the other tenants and neighbors and clean up after, yourselves. Just keep in mind that firstly you have to inform and discuss it with the Accommodation Manager.
If you’re having visitors staying with you, the Accommodation Manager must be informed first. Friends or family can be accommodated for a short period of time (up to 4 days). Always keep in mind that they should follow the same house rules as everyone else, and any misbehavior on their part is your responsibility.
We want to ensure that you are-and feel- safe and secure at all times. For this reason, CCTV cameras are installed in the building to monitor the movement in all public areas 24/7. There is also a strict policy of keeping the main entrance always closed.
Our properties are always in a great location. They are close to city Centre, universities and have convenient transport to the various amenities nearby.
We follow the rules for emergency situations by renewing and supervising the necessary equipment. Also, at the beginning of the academic year there is a drill to ensure that everyone knows exactly where they’d need to head in the event of a real evacuation.
If, at the end of your Tenancy Agreement, you just can’t bear to leave; we’d be more than happy to renew your tenancy providing we have availability. Just remember to fill out the related application form as soon as possible.
At the end of your tenancy the studio should be left clean and in the same condition as it was at the arrival. You will need to go through and sign the check-out inventory form which details the furniture, fixtures and fittings within your flat and its condition. Moreover, you will be asked to hand back all of your keys.
We accept students in our buildings from all over the world.
You should open an account when you arrive. Each bank will have different requirements about what is needed.
