Going to University is a milestone moment for any new student!

We recognize that, for many of our residents, this will be their first time living away from home, and that, as parents, you will want to be involved in the process of choosing your child’s first independent accommodation. In Hamlet, we want your children to enjoy their independence and we are dedicated to making their student experience a comfortable and happy one in an environment where they can feel safe, secure and creative! Please note that we do have a FAQ page which aims to answer most of the common questions asked by students and parents.

Our people
The people on our team have been hired for their integrity, friendliness and willingness to go that bit further. Accommodation Managers are available around the clock to offer residents a helping hand and to ensure that the building is safe, secure and running smoothly. Also, our maintenance teams aim to fix any issues quickly and efficiently.

All of our building are located near city centers and close to excellent major transport links. No more excuses for skipping lectures!

Your kids will be part of a vibrant community at Hamlet. In our buildings, there are no strangers. Just friends that they haven't yet met. Maybe friends for life!

Fully furnished studios
Our studios are designed to maximize space and light, creating functional and youthful interior spaces.They come fully furnished, including everything for independent living.

Free internet connection
We know Broadband internet and WiFi connection is important to you. You need it to be fast, reliable and ready to go when you're studying, playing games or watching movies. It definitely is!

On site laundry-dryer facilities
Parents, don't worry - they're not going to show up on your doorstep with piles of laundry, because we provide the facilities for them to do it themselves.

All buildings have 24-hour communal laundry and dryer, onsite.

Safety and Security
When your children stay with us here at Hamlet, you can rest assured that they're in good hands. Security is high on our list of priorities. That is why each of our student residences includes 24-hour CCTV monitoring of public areas and surroundings of the buildings.

Financial flexibility
We have all sorts of students staying with us, all with different needs. Therefore, we strive to provide the flexibility you require to finance your children's stay. Payments can be made upfront or spread over 6 to 12 installments - the choice is yours.

Your opinion matters
